The resort is decorated with oversized football helmets, basketball hoops, and surfboards. Transportation is provided to all Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks. Swimming areas include the surfing-themed SurfBoard Bay, the baseball-themed Grand Slam Pool with mound areas, and a children's pool. Little athletes-in-the-making can visit the playground, and kids of all ages can feel the thrill of victory in the Game Point Arcade. Additional amenities include in-room pizza delivery, laundry facilities, laundry services, and parking. Dining options include several food outlets and a deli market in the End Zone Food Court.

Guest rooms feature safes, irons and ironing boards, cable TV, and high-speed Internet access.

Disney's Magical Express Service is another benefit to staying at an on-site Disney Resort hotel. Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. When the vacation is over, guests and the bags are transported from the Disney Resort hotel back to the airport.
