Sandy Ridge is ideally located midway between Davenport and Kissimmee, just off Highway 17/92. The area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road.

The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away where you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide a delivery service to the Sandy Ridge resort.

For the Golfers in your party, you will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£150 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
