Westhaven, Orlando is located on the Ronald Regan Highway, close to the US27 and Interstate 4 intersection. It is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within minutes drive. All attractions are easily accessed and the Walt Disney World Resort gates are just 10 minutes away. Orlando airport is about 40 minutes drive. Champions Gate Resort and Golf Complex is virtually on the doorstep.

Villas for rent in Westhaven Davenport are located approximately 14.5 miles from Magic Kingdom, 13.9 miles from Animal Kingdom and 13.4 miles from Epcot. Rentals are also in proximity to Universal Studios (20.8 miles) and Sea World is approx. 18 miles away. Major shops and restaurants are located generally in the Champions Gate area with a more extensive choice located 8.4 miles (driving) to the North on HWY 192.

Each of the individual Westhaven community resorts are gated and have their own individual community pool. There is a master club house and master community pool. Many of the individual Westhaven villa rentals come with their own pool, so if needing a pool home rental in Westhaven be sure to ask when making a reservation.

Most of the villas for rent in Westhaven are 4, 5 and 6 bedroom and sleep between eight and fourteen people comfortably depending on sleeping arrangements.

All air-conditioned villas have at least 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, a lounge and dining area, cable TV, DVD and/or VCR, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, private swimming pool (pool heating not included), sun deck with patio furniture.
