Highlands Reserve is another, incredibly popular villa development located west of Disney along US Highway 27. In fact Highlands has become so popular over the past 18 months that despite having our largest selection of homes than on any other resort (exclusive control of 140 executive villas) and Highlands being one of the largest villa developments in the area, the resort still sells out months in advance.

Though it is clearly the golf that attracts the majority of guests to Highlands, the resort is built around a renowned 18 hole PGA golf course, it’s important that the actual villas are not forgotten. Every home from 3 Bedroom through to 2 storey 6 Bedroom, is immaculately furnished, well maintained and well worthy of it’s executive billing. In fact it is by far the easiest development to sell. Great villas, great golf and a great location; approximately 15 minutes to Disney main gate.

Standard features in Highlands Reserve Villas

Private screened swimming pool, large open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all pots, pans and cooking utensils, utility room with washer/dryer, at least 2 bathrooms (most 4 Bedrooms villas have 3 bathrooms, all 5 & 6 Bedroom villas have at least 3 bathrooms), cable TV, telephone.

Max Occupancy

3 bed - 8 people, 4 bed - 10 people, 5 bed - 12 people, 6 bed – 14 people
Maximum occupancy includes use of double sleeper sofa in lounge area.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£150 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
