This is one of the finest villa communities in the whole of Florida and is conveniently situated in the Davenport area, within reach of all of the major fun attractions in Orlando. Aviana Resort was built by Park Square Homes and is an impressive gated community of luxury 4,5, and 6 bedroom villas on tree lined avenues with a real american lifestyle vibe.

Located on HWY US17-92, approx 6 miles south of the Champions Gate I-4 exit (58), and just minutes from Walt Disney World in Florida, Aviana Resort villas is just a little further out than some vacation home communities, but the tranquil resort environment allows you to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the resort. Aviana vacation homes range from a smaller four bedroom home up to spacious six bedroom villa. The community facilities include a covered picnic area, beach volleyball, clubhouse and beautiful community pool with a zero entry and spa.

Many of the homes in Aviana Resort offer private pools, so if this is important to you be sure to request one when making a reservation.

Swimming Pool

Pool heating must be arranged in advance as not all villas have the facility to heat the pool. Pre-paid pool heating can be added for an additional cost of £100-£150 per week for electrical heating or £150-£185 per week for gas pool heating.
