The hotel offers 51 guestrooms in a two-story building built in 1939. Rooms are simple and understated, with earth tones, contemporary minimalist decor, and beds with white linens. Bathrooms and closets are oversized. Amenities include desks, cable TV, telephones with voice mail, and dial-up Internet access (surcharge).

The hotel has been recently restored to preserve and recreate its original features to such extent that the City of Miami Beach honored it with a Beautification Award.
