Bradenton is a great place from which to explore the neighbouring areas of Anna Marie Island and Holmes Beach.

Our villas in the Englewood/Port Charlotte area provide a perfect choice for those looking to head south from Orlando, want the beaches and a complete contrast from the non stop action and noise of the Disney and Universal theme parks. However, there are two or three reasonably sized shopping malls and most of the familiar restaurant chains (Olive Garden, TGI Friday, Outback, Burger King & MacDonald's) can be found around 15 minutes from the Rotunda homes in central Port Charlotte. Without doubt though, the two biggest draws to the area are the mile after mile of gorgeous, white sandy coastline and the seemingly endless choice of quality golf courses.
